Exceptional Service and Comfort
We had a wonderful 2-night stay at this hotel, which is perfectly situated near the Grand Canal. The room was stylish and spacious, perfect for unwinding after exploring the vibrant local markets and nearby attractions like the Rialto Bridge. The staff was incredibly attentive, always checking on us and assisting with our needs. The breakfast set us up for our daily adventures with a range of delicious options and complimentary Prosecco. A minor drawback was the air conditioning, which could use improvement, as it didn't keep the room as cool as we'd hoped.

I had a lovely stay here with a beautiful room view. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. Breakfast offered a wide array of options including fresh pastries and great coffee. The staff always greeted me with smiles, making me feel welcome. The location near the Rialto Bridge made it easy to explore the area. One downside was the limited seating in the common areas, especially during breakfast hours. At times it felt a bit cramped. The Wi-Fi also had spotty service, but it improved before I checked out. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives quite a bit, making my trip enjoyable.

A hidden gem by the canal
Arriving by water taxi, we were greeted with stunning canal views that never got old. The breakfast spread was delightful, especially the fresh pastries every morning.
However, the room had a slight musky smell, and the lighting was dim, making it hard to read in the evenings. A bit of fresh air would help!
